Gildan’s apparel journeys through various manufacturing stages, starting with yarn-spinning where fibre, like cotton, gets spun into yarn. These are then shipped to Gildan’s textile facilities where it gets knit into fabric, dyed, and cut. The cut parts are then sent to sewing facilities where the fabric pieces are sewn together, quality checked, and packaged.
