The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our HR team, with a dual focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Organizational Development. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both areas by supporting strategic projects and performing various administrative tasks.

 

The role


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (50%)

  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Support the collection and analysis of diversity-related data to generate reports and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the organization of internal DEI awareness events (workshops, events, etc.).
  • Assist in internal communications related to DEI initiatives.
  • Help with drafting content and materials to promote an inclusive work environment.

Organizational Development (50%)

  • Assist in the design and maintain talent development programs.
  • Help organize internal training sessions, including logistics and preparation of materials.
  • Contribute to change management processes and track the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and assist in the preparation of reports for management.
  • Support internal communication around talent management initiatives.
  • Participate in projects related to the digitalization of talent management processes.


The requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a multicultural work environment or in the field of Human Resources, an asset.
  • This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
