The Code of Ethics sets out Gildan’s standards and expectations of conduct by all employees with regards to ethics and integrity and acts as a framework in guiding our operations and business practices. This Code is not designed to answer every question we might have regarding our work at Gildan. Instead, it is meant to steer our behaviour and actions in the right direction, especially in situations where the best decision may not be completely clear. By establishing some basic rules and providing us with guidance around what to do or how to act in certain situations, our Code gives us a starting point to address many of the issues we face. It also provides some possible responses to those issues.
