The Opportunity

The IT Electronic Security Administrator is responsible for the configuration, integration, and maintenance of IP-based security systems, including cameras, access control, and alarms, as well as the supporting cabling infrastructure. This role supports the design and execution of IT infrastructure projects involving security Devices, Cabling and fibre optic in data centers, telecom rooms, and cabling deployments. The administrator leads security devices projects; ensures the system complies with audit requirements; and performs system integration for auditing and monitoring purposes. The position also handles mid-to-high complexity incidents, manages IT asset inventories, reviews procurement processes, and ensures corrective and preventive maintenance is carried out for all IP security devices while maintaining full audit readiness. 

The Role

  • Security IP Devices (Cameras, Access Control, Alarms) 
  • Plan and supervise minor and major installations, including corrective maintenance. 
  • Design and optimize security systems layouts. 
  • Ensure all new security systems comply with company standards. 
  • Develop mid-to-long-term network upgrade and replacement plans for Security Devices 
  • Cabling Network (Fiber, Ethernet, AP Installation) 
  • Plan and supervise minor and major installations, including corrective maintenance. 
  • Design and optimize cabling layouts. 
  • Ensure all new infrastructure complies with company standards. 
  • Audit network infrastructure and telecom centers to validate compliance. 
  • Develop mid-to-long-term network upgrade and cabling replacement plans
  • OPEX responsible - Maintenance and lifecycle of  
  • Responsible of managing the operational budget for the department 
  • Coordinate with finance the forecast and founds availability  
  • Define equipment Maintenance strategy and implemente plan 
  • Define lifecycle of equipment and replacement plan. 
  • CAPEX responsible – Project Implementation 
  • Responsible for collecting business needs 
  • Align needs with global standards and draft designs for projects  
  • Align with finance for forcasting, account utilization  
  • Supervision of the project implementation 
  • Vendor Management Security CCTV/Control Door Systems  
  • Ensure vendor compliance with technical specifications and procurement standards. 
  • Monitor implementation timelines and quality of work delivered on-site. 
  • Evaluate material quality and verify deliverables. 
  • Define and manage project and maintenance budgets per site. 
  • Cabling and Fiber Datacenter and Telecom Room (TC) Infrastructure 
  • Network Cabling (Fiber for TC, Ethernet installation, AP Installation) 
  • Plan and execute minor and major installations, including corrective maintenance. 
  • Design and optimize network layouts and cable paths. 
  • Ensure all new infrastructure complies with company standards. 
  • Electronic Security and Cabling Global Standards Alignment 
  • Supervise all designs are compliance according global standards 
  • Enforce changes in the existing infrastructure to align global standards 
  • Work with corporate to implement any new technology 
  • IT Policies, Auditing & Cybersecurity 
  • Enforce proper usage and handling of IT and security equipment on-site. 
  • Create and execute SOPs to meet internal and external audit requirements. 
  • Design infrastructure solutions aligned with cybersecurity and compliance standards. 
  • Support software auditing processes and gather required documentation for business audits 

The Requirements

Education: Systems Engineering or similar equivalent experience / IP Security Systems Certifications (desirable)

Experience: Approximately 5-10 years, oriented to Infra or Security systems.

Technical Problem-Solving: Works on multiple complex issues/projects as a technical leader and a subject matter expert, day by day must resolve issues related to: IP Security Devices, Security Servers, Datacenter and TCs. 

Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions.
