1.Comply with the requirements of the Global Quality System (GQS) related to their role, meaning the quality system: documentation, work methods, and internal and external customer expectations regarding a process, product, or service.
2.Execute and enforce the provisions of the Health, Safety, and Environment program.
3.Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring the necessary resources for the generation and supply of steam for the different Rio Nance plants.
4.Propose and coordinate investment, reengineering, process and system improvement projects that comply with safety, hygiene and environmental standards for steam generation plants.
5.Comply with the budgets established in the ESG program, as well as propose new or improved projects that guarantee the achievement of proposed goals.
6.Manage the assigned human talent, promoting continuous development to ensure an adequate succession plan for the operation.
7.Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance (RCM) programs, reducing corrective maintenance and ensuring the proper supply and use of assigned tools.
8.Prepare and analyze reports on plant performance for the board of directors, according to the established frequency.
9.Apply continuous improvement tools focused on productivity, reducing downtime, extending the equipment lifecycle, and improving its design.
10.Review and authorize purchases of materials and supplies.
11.Perform any other functions indicated by the immediate supervisor in relation to their position and process.
