The opportunity
Maintain equipment in proper working order by completing preventive maintenance tasks as described in assigned work orders.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shift
- 8pm to 8am
- Weekend availability-every other weekend
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: | |||||||||
| 1. | Make rounds on associated HVAC equipment to insure proper operation. Performs troubleshooting | ||||||||
| and repair work on HVAC equipment. | |||||||||
| 2. | Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Lead Electrician | ||||||||
| 3. | During shutdown perform a variety of tasks including, operating a pressure washer, lubricating of | ||||||||
| machinery, crawling through ductwork, lifting and moving equipment and tools, removing trash and | |||||||||
| dust from filtration systems. | |||||||||
| 4. | Assist other maintenance personnel when required. | ||||||||
| 5. | Use compressed air for cleaning purposes is required. | ||||||||
| MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: | |||||||||
| 1. | Picking up trash outside of facilities. | ||||||||
| 2. | Painting as assigned. | ||||||||
| 3. | Maintain work environment in a clean safe work manor. | ||||||||
| 4. | Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. |
| MACHINES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT USED: | ||||||||
| Variety of hand tools, power tools, pressure washer, forklift, pallet jack, tugger/pullcat, scrubber, mop, | ||||||||
| scissor lift, ladder, safety equipment. | ||||||||
| MATERIALS USED: | ||||||||
| Water, oil, gas, variety of water treatment chemicals, degreasers, lubricants. |
