The purpose of this Global Anti-Harassment, Anti-Discrimination, and Anti-Violence Policy is to promote a workplace where all Gildan employees are able to enjoy an environment and employment opportunities that are free from any form of conduct prohibited by this Policy, either intentional or unintentional, as these conducts are described and defined by Applicable Law. For purposes of this Policy, Applicable Law means any law or regulation applicable to an employee at the time, under the circumstances, and in the jurisdiction where the employee is working.
