Gildan Yarns LLC is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. Machine Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while maintaining product quality and meeting production standards.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM; either days or nights depending on needs
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Working every other weekend and holidays as required by the rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment.
• Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to identify and address issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate industrial production equipment.
