The opportunity

The Pricing Analyst supports the Pricing Department in maintaining accurate pricing data, conducting competitive and margin analysis, and executing pricing adjustments across all markets. The position sits within the Strategic Forecasting and Pricing Department, reporting to the Supervisor, Pricing.

 

The role

  • Maintain and update all pricing databases including the Price Master, consolidated pricing files, and North American Distributor price history files.
  • Compile and analyze competitive pricing data, including weekly Top 7 Styles analysis and other market comparisons, to support management in maintaining brand competitiveness.

  • Manage incoming pricing requests via the CRM, respond to Key Account Executives and customer inquiries, and handle related administrative updates such as blanket promo communications.

  • Assist in analyzing, preparing, and distributing general pricing adjustments and updated price lists.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pricing and sales reports.

The requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail and developed multi-tasking abilities.
  • Efficiently prioritize and organize tasks, meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proactively identify and analyze issues, develop solutions, and collaborate with team members to seek assistance when needed.
